LT GEN BS NAGAL-ENC LT GEN BS NAGAL-ENC

Lieutenant General BS Nagal, AVSM SM, Commander-in-Chief, Strategic Forces Command accompanied by his wife Mrs. Geeta Nagal, arrived Visakhapatnam on 28th April, 2009, on a three day visit to the Eastern Naval Command. He called on Vice Admiral Nirmal Verma, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command, on 29th April, 2009. The General visited Kursura Submarine Museum and two ships of the Eastern Fleet. He is also scheduled to visit some Shore Establishments in and around Visakhapatnam, including the Director General Naval Projects (Visakhapatnam) prior departure on 30th April, 2009.

Sri Sita Rama Kalyam was performed with utmost devotion and joy by hundreds of devotees at Prema Sdan Bhajan Mandir of Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisations on 3rd April, 2009. Later in the evening, Namasankirthana was rendered by gents and lady singers of Samithi. Sri B. RAMAGOPAL, Director (Finance), RC Bothra Group of companies gave a spiritual talk on the occasion. The values which were preached in Ramayana like "uprightness, truth, dedication, sincerity and honesty shall be practiced by all in today's mechanical world to ensure peace and happiness for the mankind, Sri Ramgopal observed.
Sri Ramgopal was felicitated on the occasion by the Samithi.  The programme was organised under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai City Samithi. the programme was supervised by Sri DSN MURTHY, Convener, Sri Sathya Sai City Samithi and Sri A. Ravi KUMAR, Spiritual coordinator, Sri Sathya Sai City Samithi, Visakhapatnam.
