Himalayan Mountain Biking Expedition A twenty five member team of the ‘Himalayan Mountain Biking Expedition’ from the Eastern Naval Command was flagged off from INS Eksila on 25th August 08 by Rear Admiral RK Dhowan, Chief of Staff, Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command.
