The low temperatures of December in Vizag seem colder these last few days thanks to  intermittent showers and cold gusty winds that are making Vizagites feel close to the North pole!! Sweaters, jackets and other assorted warm clothing have come out of hibernation and are being put to good use. The Tibetans selling warm clothing at the Police Barracks should be doing brisk business, with the weather as it is.
