Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager of Waltair Division, has congratulated 13-year-old P. Yashil Vignesh on his selection to the Andhra Pradesh Under-14 State Cricket Team for the 2025–26 season.
Yashil, son of Shri Y. Madhu—a railway employee and noted railway cricketer—has emerged as a promising young talent from the Railway Cricket Academy. Representing the Visakhapatnam District Cricket Association, he has consistently displayed outstanding skill, discipline and sportsmanship, earning recognition as one of the best performers in his age category.
The Andhra Pradesh Under-14 Cricket Team is scheduled to participate in matches to be held in Tamil Nadu, where Yashil is expected to make a valuable contribution to the team’s campaign.
Appreciating his achievement, the DRM commended Yashil’s dedication and hard work, and conveyed his best wishes for success in the upcoming matches. He also acknowledged the encouragement and support provided by his family and the Railway Cricket Academy in nurturing young sporting talent and promoting sports among employees’ children and youth.
