City Task Force (CTF) busted a prostitution racket here on Sunday. According to CTF inspector G.V. Ramana Murthy, Emani Surya Sreeramulu (46) a native of Mangalagiri, Guntur district, was running the racket from a single-storied house near Saibaba Temple in Seethammdhara.
“He was importing young girls from different places and contacting customers through cell phone. He had been running the racket since last six months,” said Mr. Ramana Murthy.
Acting on a tip off, the CTF sleuths raided the place, arrested Sreeramulu and two customers. One girl was also picked up from the house. All of them have been handed over to Fourth Town Police (Dwaraka Zone) for further investigation.
