As many as 82 youths were duped by a fake job consultant, who collected Rs 13 lakh from them. The incident came into light when the youths suspected foul play and approached the police.
Police nabbed one of three accused, Berram Narendra Reddy of Kadapa, and seized 18 monitors, a laptop, agreement papers, rubber stamps and mobile phones. Cops are searching for his friends Chandra Sekhar of Hyderabad and Vamsi of Sullurupeta, who started NS Orien Care and Private Limited Company and G4S consultancy at MVP Colony four months ago.
All the victims are BTech graduates seeking jobs in IT industries. MVP Zone police are investigating the case.
