Shri. Manoj Kumar Sahoo, an officer of Indian Railway Services Electrical (IRSEE) of 1996 batch, assumed the charge of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Operations) of Waltair Division of East Coast Railway. The outgoing ADRM Dr. C. Surya Lakshmi has been posted at East Coast Railway, Head Quarters.
Shri. Manoj Kumar Sahoo completed his graduation in BE/Electrical from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Utkal University. He joined railways in January-1998 as Assistant Divisional Electrical Engineer at Adra Division. Shri Manoj Kumar Sahoo has varied experience over 24 years in Railways and served in various positions over South East Central Railway, South Eastern Railway and East Coast Railway in Open lines and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) at Visakhapatnam. Prior to his posting as ADRM, Waltair he was General Manager of RVNL, Visakhapatnam.
He has also attended the Advance Management Programme in Singapore & Malaysia and done Management Programme at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmadabad. He likes to do yoga daily and has the hobby of reading books in leisure time.
