Vegetable Cutlets

INGREDIENTS :

Potato ---------------- 1/2 kilo
Carrot  ---------------- 4 medium size
Beans  ----------------  20 nos.
Onion   ---------------- 3 medium size
Green Chillies -----------  4

Peas   ----------------- 100 gms                         

Coriander

Salt to taste
Oil
Rice powde
r  ------------  4 tablespoons
Bread Crumbs ----------  5 tablespoons  

Vegetable Cutlets


METHOD :


Boil and peal the potatoes.  Put 3 tablespoons oil in a kadai, fry onions, chillies, diced carrot, peas, finely cut beans, salt and haldi.

After the vegetables have cooked, add boiled potatoes (mashed),  fry for 3 to 5 minutes and finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Take a little of the mixture in hand - it can either be made into small balls or you can choose your own shape like oval or round flattened cutlets.

Dip cutlets or balls in the batter and roll them on bread crumbs and fry them in hot oil.

Batter :

Mix rice powder and  salt  in water - consistency should neither be too thick nor too light.
