Grind to a paste the following :
Big cardamom

METHOD :
* Boil chana dal in 1 1/2 cups of water till the water dries up
completely, mash and keep aside. Boil bananas, peel, mash and
mix with dal. Soak nutri nuggets in hot water. Drain the
water from the nuggets and deep fry till
brown and then add to the mashed dal.
* Soak bread in water, squeeze out the water and add to the above
mixture along with ground masala, salt and coriander leaves.
Knead this mixture till all the ingredients are all blended.
Shape into kabab and deep fry in hot oil.
