Recipes - Vegetarian




1/2 Kg paneer
1/2 Kg onion
250 gm oil
1/2 Kg tomatoes
250gm capsicum
10gm corriander(whole)
10gm cumin seeds
1tsp garam masala
2tsp salt
2tsp ginger garlic paste.

Kadai Paneer


Chop onions and tomatoes and keep aside. Cut capsicums in large rings. Heat oil in a kadai and add the onions. Fry the onions till they turn brown. Then add cumin seeds, corriander, ginger garlic paste and the rest of the spices. Add tomatoes, capsicum and cook till done.

When the oil floats add 1''x 1'' pieces of paneer. Remove from fire and serve hot with chappatis.
