INGREDIENTS :
Corn(fresh), grated -- 1 cup
Bread slices -- 2
Ginger paste/green chilli paste -- 1 tsp each
White pepper powder -- 1/2 tsp
Green coriander, chopped -- 1 tbs
Salt to taste
METHOD
:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Divide mixture into lemon sized balls. Flatten each ball into a round patty.
Heat oil till smoking and shallow fry till golden brown on each side.
Serve hot, accompanied by mint chutney.
