Mushrooms -- 200gms
Tomato sauce -- 6 tbs
Ginger paste -- 1 tbs
Garlic paste -- 1 tbs
Red chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -- 1/2 tsp
Red color -- a pinch
Cream -- 3/4 cup
Grated cheese -- 1 cup
Green coriander, chopped -- 1 tbsp
Mix the tomoto sauce with ginger garlic paste. Add all the spices and sauce. Marinate the
mushrooms in this mixture for 15 mins. Mix in the cream.
Grease a baking dish, pour the mushrooms along with the creamy marinade into it.
Top with grated cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot, garnished
with chopped coriander and accompanied by mint chutney.
