CHEESY CAULIFLOWER
PAKODAS
INGREDIENTS :
1 medium size cauliflower
100 gm (Chana dal) gram flour
2 table spoon grated cheese (processed)
Salt + chilli powder to taste
Refined oil for frying. |

METHOD :
Section Cauliflower to required size. Wash in salt water and drain
completely.
Make a thick batter out of the Chana dal, salt, chilly powder using water. To
this add grated cheese. Mix well, heat oil and dip each piece in this batter and deep fry.
Serve hot with some sauce of your choice preferably tomato /garlic/ chilli.
