GARLIC PRAWN KABAB


Ingredients
:

Jumbo Prawns, shelled, deveined -- 1kg
Garlic paste -- 1 tbsp
Green Chilli paste -- 2 tsp
Vinegar -- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cornflour -- 1 tbs
Butter for basting
Poppy seeds (khus khus) -- 1 tbsp

METHOD :

* Marinate prawns in garlic chilli pastes, vinegar and salt for 2 hours.
* Mix in cornflour, skewer prawns 5 cm apart, roast on low flame, till crisp and golden on all sides, basting with butter. Coat with poppy seeds and serve hot.
