4 Left over chappatis
4 Eggs
1 Onion finely chopped
2-3 Tbsp green coriander leaves finely chopped
2-3 Green chillies finely chopped.
Salt and pepper to taste.


Beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves. Heat the tawa. Put 2 tsp. of oil on the tawa. Put some beaten egg mixture. Keep the roti on the tawa and press. When cooked turn the side to cook the other side. Serve with tomato ketchup.
