Recipes Non-Vegetarian


Ingredients :

Eggs -- 4
Onion -- 1
Garlic -- 3 or 4 flakes sliced thinly
Ginger, chilli paste -- 1 tsp
Methi or fenugrek leaves -- 2 bunches
Salt - as required
oil--as required


Fry in oil, garlic and onion till brown, add ginger, chilli paste, fry for one more minute, add cut leaves and fry till raw smell goes. Add beaten eggs with enough salt and fry till done. Serve with chappatis or phulkas.
