Ingredients
:
Chicken -- 400gm
Eggs ----- 2
Ginger -- 4
Garlic paste -- 30gm
Turmeric -- 1teaspoon
Red chilli powder -- 1tbsp(15gm)
Soda bicarbonate -- a pinch
Salt to taste
Onions -- 30gm
Curry leaf -- 1 sprig
Curd -- 50ml
Cornflour -- 20gm
Maida -- 30gm
Garam masala powder -- a pinch (optional)
Oil -- for frying.
METHOD :
Clean and cut chicken into one inch pieces. Make a batter with eggs,
cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam
masala. Mix the chicken in the batter and allow to soak. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken
and keep aside. Take a fry pan and add 50gm oil. Heat and fry onions without
colour. Add
green chillies, curry leaves and chicken pieces and toss. Add curd and allow to dry
through cooking. Serve immediately.
