COCONUT ALMOND SANDESH

 

INGREDIENTS :

Fresh cottage cheese mashed - 150 gms.
Khoya - 50 gms.
Jaggery - 100 gms.
Coconut (desiccated) - 1/2 cup
Almonds (chopped) - 1/4 cup

For Garnishing

Desiccated coconut
Almonds
Cherries


METHOD :
 

Melt the jaggery on a low flame and remove from fire.  Add cottage cheese, khoya, desiccated coconut and chopped almonds.  Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.  Roll in desiccated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
