Visakhapatnam Special Economic zone (VSEZ) is a multi-product SEZ that offers state of the art infrastructure and support services for hassle free business environment.  The infrastructure facilities available are:-

DEVELOPED PLOTS:  Fully developed plots of sizes varying from half-acre and above are allotted on renewable lease basis.  The lease rent is Rs.100/- per sq mtr/annum, to be paid on quarterly basis.

INDUSTRIAL SHEDS/TRADING SHEDS:  Industrial sheds of size 1000 sq mtr and industrial sheds of size 100 sq mtr are also available on lease basis.  The lease rentals are Rs800/- per sq mtr/annum for industrial shed and Rs.800/- per sq mtr/annum for trading sheds.

STANDARD DESIGN FACTORY COMPLEX:  Two Standard Design Factory (SDF) Complexes are constructed in the zone to make available up built up space for entrepreneurs desirous of setting up units immediately without any loss of time.  The lease rentals are Rs.800/- per sq mtr/annum. 

POWER:  A dedicated 132/33 KV sub-station. The tariff for power is as per the rates prescribed by the A.P. Transco from time to time.

WATER:  Abundant and good quality water is made available from a nearby reservoir.  Besides, adequate alternate arrangements have also been made for supply of ground water. The charges are Rs.40/- per KL.

BANKS:  Two public sector banks namely Andhra Bank and State Bank of India have full-fledged branches operating from the Administrative Building of VSEZ.  Both the banks are authorized to deal in foreign exchange.

In addition to the above, Railway siding,  Post Office, C&F Agents, Electronic Weigh Bridge, communication facilities, Executive Canteen and a Workers Canteen, public transport, local trains  and other utility services are also available in the zone premises.
