Police were yet to crack the case in which a city-based realtor had gone missing.
It was learnt that the Narsipatnam police were waiting for the call data record (CDR) from BSNL. Narsipatnam ASP B.S. Yesubabu said, “We have some clues but the CDR will give us the much-awaited lead in the investigation.” .
The city-based Mr N. Prasad had reportedly gone missing since December 2, and his Hyundai car bearing registration number AP31AW 3639, was found near Settipalem in Makavaripalem mandal, in a damaged condition.
The police also recovered some documents and a mobile phone in a damaged condition near the car.
Mr. Prasad, a native of Atchyutapuram mandal, has been living with his family near Sector -8 of VSP Township. The realtor had left home stating that he was going to a business associate to collect about Rs. 30 lakh.
