One of the victims said that the company men collected Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1.5 lakh from each candidate and promised jobs in Visakhapatnam IT SEZ.

“The company claimed to have another branch in Malaysia and collected Rs 1.5 lakh from a few students in the name of overseas jobs. The issue of appointment letters and collection of amount took place simultaneously,” he said.

The company, which started in January 2016, has given salaries to a few employees in the first month, but since then none of them has received the same.
