Deputy tehsildar in Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) net for accepting bribe

A deputy tehsildar of Ravikamatam mandal was trapped by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for allegedly taking Rs 50,000 as bribe. According to ACB police, the deputy tehsildar T.Bhaskara Rao demanded and accepted the bribe through K.Prasad, the owner a computer center in Ravikamatam in Vizag district. The amount was a part of the total bribe money of Rs.4.5 lakh. He demanded the money from G.Srinivasa Rao, who applied for mutation of revenue records pertaining to a 9.35 acres of ancestral land.
