The body of an unidentified person, aged about 45 years, was found in a drain near MR Peta, under two town police station limits, here on Sunday evening.
According to the Two Town SHO Mallikarjun Rao, the person would have been sleeping on the platform near the drain and could have fallen into it.
The police registered a case under Section 174 of Cr PC, as suspicious death.
