This sacred pilgrim centre, located about 124 kms. from the city on the banks of the river Pampa, is situated on a hill known as Ratnagiri. The presiding deity is Veeravenkata Satyanarayana Swamy. Some of the important festivals celebrated here are Bhishma Ekadasi, which comes in the month of January / February, Kalyanotsavam and Vaisakha Ekadasi in the month of April / May.
