A Guide to eating out in Vizag

How Vizag has changed! Just a generation ago, hardly anyone ate out. Now it seems that not only does no one want to eat at home but that Vizagites seem to be eating out with a vengeance as if to make up for all those lost years (and lost calories). Restaurants (Hotels, as they are sometimes referred to by Vizagites) too, seem to be springing up all over the place and seem to be doing quite well. [If you want to start something of your own in Vizag, you'd be better off running a restaurant than a web site]. So it seemed to us about time you Vizagites and out-of-towners had someone to guide you and help you differentiate between the good, the bad and the ugly eateries.

Once we have a decent number of reviews under our belt (literally), we plan to let you search for a restaurant based on location, budget or type of cuisine. We also plan to let you participate in the rating process.

Ratings are on a scale of ten with a rating of 10/10 signifying excellence and 1/10 being the equivalent of Very Bad. Ratings are given for the following :

Food (Preparation / Variety), Service, Ambience, Value for money.
