Mrs. Anita Aidinyantz, Founder, Honorary Secretary and Correspondent of Bethany School is an eminent educationist. She has, during her career, founded three Schools and upgraded two Primary Schools to full-fledged ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) Schools. She currently serves as honorary member on ten School and Junior College Managing Committees. In 1984, she was elected as President of the All India Heads of ISC Schools Association. She has inspected schools for the grant of affiliation to the Council for ISC Examinations, New Delhi. She has travelled widely both nationally and internationally, visiting schools and conducting teachers' seminars and workshops, in the cause of education. 

She is a leader with great vision, administrative skills and an unflinching faith in God. Her faith ministry depends on God's faithfulness in providing the needs of Bethany School, including the urgent need for a 2-acre site and infrastructure to cope with the ever-increasing demand for admissions. At present Bethany School has a roll strength of 1400 students operating in four rented campuses in the heart of the city.

Anita Aidinyantz is a powerful preacher, an ordained minister with a heart of compassion to serve those in need. She has impacted the lives of thousands of students over the years.
